Guards + Wardens With No Mics

It has come to my attention that All game's There is at least one guard with out a mic and sometimes the people with mics cant join the guards team because of the people with no mics most wardens don't have mics to i would like to ask if there could be a rule or something put in to place because of this.

I believe that people can be guards without their mics as if they didn't, the server would become unpopulated and the guards team members will dramatically drop. However, I believe that if you are a guard and become warden, you should be told to join prisoners. If they do not do this, they should be kicked.

No. Guards dont have to have a mic to be guard. However if in this situation all the guards arent being warden some should swap due to commen sense. A staff can kick them in this situation if this happens and they are refusing.
